WELCOME TO OUR BOOKSTORE! We have a vast library of Etiquette and Entertaining books in our library and are often asked what we would suggest for our clients and guests to read about the subjects. While you can learn a lot from these and other books, etiquette is truly learned by living it. You must repeat the behaviors many times for them to become truly part of you and your demeanor. A couple of months of constantly doing and saying the right thing and you will "own" the new behavior and then won't have to think about it anymore.

Books are great references, but learning the behaviors is most often easier and more fun when you take our seminars or employ us as your coach. We hope to see you soon at one of our seminars.

HERE ARE OUR SUGGESTIONS! We would love to hear from you if you think we should add a favorite of yours to our list.

There is a Smile next to the books we recommend for studying for the certification exams.
