Managing Protocol Issues Weekend ™
Come spend a weekend with Cynthia W. Lett CPP CEP and Robert W. Frye CPP CMP for an in-depth study of protocol and international etiquette issues. There will be enlightening discussions about currently used norms and proper rules of protocol that you need to know if you are a meeting or event planner, a protocol officer or the host of international visitors. During the weekend you will learn from a former Chief of Protocol in Iraq and former Chief of Protocol for AT&T and Lucent Technologies (Robert Frye) and International Meeting Planner and former Chief of Protocol for MCI Telecommunications (Cynthia Lett) how to handle any protocol issues you would come across with planning distinguished guest visits, international meetings and domestic events. This program is not only focused on you but also will be attended by professional protocol consultants reviewing material for the certification (CPP) exam.

Certified Etiquette Professional® is the proprietary international expert status for Etiquette Consultants who teach or consult on etiquette but are not necessarily involved with protocol issues. Exams are available on-line for taking at your convenience. If you qualify, you will be able to take the exam online and receive feedback within 48 hours about whether you passed. There is a four-hour time limit to take the exam (you will need all 4 hours). There is a Sample exam for anyone to try (no fee). By taking the Sample Exams you will learn the type and style of questions that will appear on the actual exam. All interested parties from wherever in the world are welcome to come and study with us. You will receive a certificate of attendance at the conclusion of the program. §§ Certified Protocol Professional® (CPP) is the proprietary international expert status for the Protocol Industry. Due to advances in technology and the desire to keep costs at their minimum for professionals associated with ISPEP, we are offering the exam on-line. If you qualify, you will be able to take the exam online and receive immediate feedback about whether you passed. There is a Sample Exam on-line now for anyone to try out (no fee). By taking the Sample Exam you will learn the styles of questions and get a good feeling about the information you will need to have to pass the CPP® & CEP® exams. |
