The International Society of Protocol & Etiquette Professionals
offers two professional certifications.
The CPP® for protocol professionals and the CEP® for etiquette training professionals.
Your choice of which certification would suit your career objectives depends upon what expertise you use in your daily work. If you use both protocol and etiquette, please consider sitting for both exams.

Certified Protocol Professional (CPP®)
Attainment of this intensely comprehensive certification on protocol & etiquette practices will distinguish credentials among ISPEP’s members and others in the international field. Unlike other “certification” programs offered by private companies, which only certify the individual to teach the materials of that company, the CPP® is recognized as the international designation of ultimate professionalism, knowledge of the subject matter and ability to use it. In order to keep abreast of new information, issues and practices, renewal of the CPP® is mandatory every three (3) years.

Certified Etiquette Professional (CEP®)
This certification program focuses on business & social etiquette issues. Private consultants, trainers and corporate etiquette specialists will benefit from attaining this certification. This is not a license to use a certain organization’s materials to train others. Instead it is the only international professional recognition by passing an examination and other requirements that you have attained a knowledge level of etiquette beyond the majority of others in the field.
